Executive Director - Process Excellence - Asset Management/Capital Markets Domain

Role Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead Process Excellence and Intelligent Automation initiatives within the Asset Management business. The role is responsible for driving large-scale transformation programs aimed at improving process efficiency, strengthening operational controls, enhancing customer and employee experience, and delivering sustainable cost optimization.

The incumbent will oversee the identification, design, and implementation of process improvement and automation opportunities, while partnering with business leaders to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. The role also involves building organizational capability in intelligent automation, governing program delivery, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in corporate roles, with significant exposure to process excellence, transformation, and automation in the asset management or financial services domain.

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/ Master Black Belt is a must.

- Proven expertise in process transformation methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and continuous improvement frameworks.

- Strong experience in delivering intelligent automation solutions (low-code, AI/ML-driven platforms, cloud-based solutions).

- Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex programs including budget planning, risk management, and stakeholder governance.

- Experience leading cross-functional global teams and engaging with senior stakeholders (CXO/Director level).

- Strong background in SDLC, business analysis, process design, and data architecture.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills to influence at all levels of the organization.
