Executive Director - Head of Divisional Controls Office (Risk & Control) (20-27 yrs)

- 20+ years experience working in operational risk, controls, obligation mgmt. including experience in control assessment and development.

- Ensure bank's risk mgmt. strategy, operational risk mgmt. and control frameworks are applied effectively

- Advice and guidance on risk, obligations, events and control items

- Compliance plans - assist to identify applicable obligations and design controls, evidence points and indicators to effectively monitor compliance

- Performing risk and control reviews and regularly assessing impacts

- Ensuring issues are known and resolved in a timely manner, lead gap assessment and treatment plan execution

- Leverage skills from other specialist teams as needed and is suitable

- Management of control environment through design, testing and mgmt. of controls

- Provide risk and controls insight & commentary to first line risk committees reports (Sub-divisional levels and above)

- Produce, monitor & report on core risk management metrics and partner with the business to improve these metrics

Qualification Requirements:

- Bachelor degree and/or professional qualification in an aligned discipline

- Chartered Accountant / Legal / Compliance
