Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-impact Executive Assistant to the CHRO to serve as a strategic partner in driving our organizational people agenda. In this role, you will act as the primary gatekeeper and operational extension of the CHRO, managing complex workflows, high-stakes stakeholder communications, and critical HR projects. You will work closely with the leadership team, HR Business Partners, and external consultants to ensure the CHRO's vision is translated into actionable business outcomes. By streamlining decision-making processes and providing analytical support, you will directly influence the efficiency of our HR strategy and the overall effectiveness of the human capital function across our Mumbai and Pune offices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the HR leadership team to track key HR strategy initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and potential bottlenecks are proactively addressed.

- Synthesize data from various HR business functions to create high-quality presentations and reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making for the executive team.

- Manage sensitive internal and external communications, acting as a trusted liaison to maintain confidentiality and professional standards across all stakeholder interactions.

- Coordinate cross-functional projects by aligning HRBP teams and department heads to ensure seamless execution of organizational change management and talent development programs.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in managing executive-level workflows, with a proven ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to interpret HR metrics and translate them into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.

- Possess superior communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to navigate complex organizational structures and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Maintain a high degree of discretion and professional maturity when handling sensitive employee relations and confidential business information.

- Showcase a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment across our Mumbai and Pune locations.

- Hold a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, complemented by 4 - 8 years of experience in HR strategy or HR Business Partner roles.
