Job Description : Inside Sales Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join Excelencia's growing team. This role requires strong experience in B2B inside sales, lead generation, and account coordination within the IT services industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete inside sales cycle, building a qualified pipeline, and contributing to revenue growth by targeting the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

- Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.

- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospects across assigned regions or verticals.

- Perform account-level and client-level research to target relevant decision-makers.

2. Inside Sales Cycle Management:

- Manage the end-to-end inside sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure.

- Present company products/services effectively to prospective customers.

- Support account managers with proposals, quotations, and client communication.

3. Collaboration & Campaign Support:

- Work closely with marketing teams for campaign follow-ups and targeted outreach activities.

- Convert marketing-generated leads into qualified sales opportunities.

- Consistently update CRM tools with leads, activities, and follow-ups.

4. Reporting & Performance:

- Maintain accurate reports, forecasts, dashboards, and activity logs.

- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.

- Track performance metrics and continuously improve sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of Inside Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation experience in the IT services industry.

- Mandatory willingness to work in Night Shift (US time zone).

- Experience using lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.

- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, B2B buyer journey, and prospecting techniques.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Hands-on experience with CRM tools.

- Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Exposure to the US market is an added advantage.

- Experience generating leads for Oracle modules / Oracle-based companies is a plus.
