Practice Lead/Solutions Architect - RPA

Requirements:

- 15+ years of professional experience in IT and automation.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Architect role specializing in UiPath and Power Automate.

Solution Architecture:

- Design and architect end-to-end RPA and Power Automate solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.

- Lead a team of developers and automation experts to deliver projects on time and within budget.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business process requirements, identifying opportunities for automation.

- Hands-on development of automation workflows using UiPath and Power Automate.

- Implement testing strategies to validate the accuracy and reliability of automation solutions.

- Continuously optimize and improve existing automation processes.

- Maintain documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing.

- Address and resolve technical issues and concerns.

- Recommend enhancements or updates to existing systems.

- Implement security best practices to safeguard sensitive information.

- Build relationships with vendors and manage licenses and contracts.

- Reports on the progress and performance of automation projects to senior management.

- Nice to have AI exposure

- Experience with Python Development (Good to have)

Practice Development:

- Build and manage a team of RPA specialists, other technical staff.

- Establish best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for RPA project execution.
