Eligibility:

- 3-5 years experience. We are hiring a highly skilled Social Media Specialist with proven experience in IT solutions and food-tech domains.

- The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of North American consumer psychology, advanced knowledge of platform algorithms, and the ability to create viral, high-performing campaigns that drive brand visibility and engagement.

Key Requirements & Expertise :

- Industry Knowledge:. Experience in IT Solution Domain (B2B SaaS, software services, tech consulting)

- Knowledge of Restaurant & Food-Tech domains (commission-free apps, restaurant marketing)

- Content Strategy & Growth:. Expertise in content planning and execution to maximize reach and engagement.

- Ability to leverage UGC (User Generated Content) for credibility and growth.. Strong understanding of North American consumer psychology to design campaigns that drive actions.

Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of algorithms for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.

- Ability to identify trends and create viral campaigns.

- Creative and AI Skills:

- Strong visualization skills for engaging posts, reels, and stories.

- Experience in AI tools, avatar-based videos, and automated content solutions.

Analytical Mindset:. Competence in analyzing data, measuring performance, and scaling results organically and via paid ads

Work Ethics: Must work from Ahmedabad office with availability until 11:00 AM EST.. Strong English communication skills for North American audience targeting.. Commitment to long-term brand building and results-driven strategy.
