Role Overview:
The HR Business Partner for the PEB Business Unit (ESBS) will serve as a strategic bridge between human resources initiatives and the operational goals of the Pre-Engineered Buildings division. Based in Mumbai, this role involves partnering closely with business leaders to drive talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement strategies. You will be responsible for translating business challenges into HR solutions, ensuring that the workforce is aligned with the division's growth trajectory and performance benchmarks. By fostering a high-performance culture and managing complex stakeholder relationships, you will directly influence the operational efficiency and long-term success of the business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the performance management, talent review, and succession planning processes.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Support manpower planning, workforce productivity, and organizational development.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to fulfill hiring requirements.
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend actions to improve business outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on all people-related matters.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
- 48 years of HRBP experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or project-based organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management, business partnering, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to performance management, employee engagement, talent management, and HR analytics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
