Head Talent Acquisition & Business HR:

Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)

Reporting to: CHRO

About the Role:

Everest Industries Ltd. is looking for a strategic HR leader to head the Talent Acquisition and Business HR functions across the organization. The role will partner with business leaders to drive talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and people initiatives that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition across Corporate, Manufacturing, Sales, Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, IT and Corporate Functions.

- Drive workforce planning, leadership hiring, succession planning and talent pipeline development.

- Lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals and Business HR partners supporting Roofing, Boards & Panels (B&P), Engineered Solutions & Building Systems (ESBS), and Manufacturing.

- Partner with Business Heads on organization design, performance management, employee engagement, talent reviews, change management and capability building.

- Drive employer branding, recruitment excellence, HR analytics and digital HR initiatives.

- Build a high-performance culture through strategic HR interventions and leadership coaching.

Desired Profile:

- MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.

- 15 - 20 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.

- Experience in Manufacturing, Building Materials, Engineering, Industrial or Automotive sectors preferred.

- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale hiring, HR transformation, stakeholder management and team leadership.
