Europa Locks - Group Leader - Manufacturing

- Guide and supervise the subordinate team to achieve departmental objectives and BOM value targets.

- Conduct daily reviews of BOM value for the respective department.

- Plan daily production schedules based on requirements and ensure execution.

- Track daily production and ensure adherence to targets.

- Plan monthly manpower allocation in line with production targets.

- Provide technical inputs to ensure production targets are met with quality standards.

- Ensure smooth flow of production activities without delays or bottlenecks.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, SCM) to resolve production issues.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce setup time, and minimize rejections.

Candidate Profile - Education Required: BE or Diploma Mechanical.
