Job Description:
- Co-ordinating With Transporter for On time Material movement in Depot.
- Product Launch & Execution.
- Ensure effective execution of product launches in selected regions in line with company strategy.
- Monitor and drive all market-facing enablers such as display boards, carpenter/contractor meets, training programs, promotional activities, and product demonstrations.
Market Research & Feedback:
- Conduct preand post-launch market surveys to assess customer expectations, competitive positioning, and potential study.
- Competition benchmarking for MRP, Features etc.
- Gather structured market feedback from dealers, distributors, carpenters, and end-users.
- Identify actionable points from competitor sample study and share with HO Product Management team for continuous improvement.
Regional Coordination & Monitoring:
- Work closely with regional sales teams to ensure smooth implementation of product enablers.
- Track performance of new product launches region-wise and ensure adherence to rollout plans.
- Support sales team with product technical knowledge, training, and market communication.
Customer & Channel Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and influencers to drive product adoption.
- Ensure brand visibility and correct product positioning in the marketplace.
- Organize customer/partner engagement programs and collect insights for strategic alignment.
Reporting & Communication:
- Communicate market findings, opportunities, risks, and competitor insights to HO teams.
- Provide region-wise reports on product acceptance, market enabler effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Training To Sales Team:
- Train sales team to explain new product FAB.
- Identify training needs of sales team.
Candidate Profile:
- 8-10 years experience in Product Management.
- tech, Any graduation with PG in Business development, Product Management.
