Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Business Development Manager.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, setting up meetings with potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
The role involves researching and staying updated on industry trends, analyzing sales data to inform strategy, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of market research, customer needs analysis, and competitive landscape
- Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in data analysis and using CRM software
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Experience in the industrial, IT, or hospitality sector is a plus
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
