Job Description:

ETP Group is looking for a seasoned business leader with a strong background in SAP and ERP sales who is ready to build deeper customer partnerships, grow strategic accounts, and drive long-term business value across India.

- Drive customer retention, renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.

Who are we looking for?:

- 20+ years of experience, with a strong foundation in SAP/ERP sales and enterprise technology solutions.

- Experience managing large enterprise customers and building strategic CXO-level relationships.

- Proven capability in account growth, renewals, retention, upselling, and cross-selling.

- Strong market understanding and customer relationships across Mumbai/Western India.

- A strategic, commercially minded leader who wants to grow beyond conventional sales into broader customer and business leadership.

Relevant industry background is essential: We are keen to connect with professionals from SAP, ERP, enterprise software, and technology solutions sales. Profiles primarily from HRMS, staffing/recruitment, travel, or unrelated service-led industries will not be a fit for this role.

Location & Travel:

- Mumbai | Work from Office - 5 days a week

- Extensive domestic travel is required, including trips of 2 - 3 weeks at a stretch, depending on business needs.

Why consider this opportunity?:

A chance to leverage your SAP/ERP sales expertise, deepen your strategic customer leadership, and grow into a high-impact role spanning customer success, enterprise relationships, and revenue expansion across India.
