Role Description:

We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Warehouse Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. The role involves overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient stock control processes. Responsibilities include scheduling and supervising staff, optimizing space utilization, maintaining compliance with safety standards, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. The Warehouse Manager will also be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and operation of all warehouse equipment.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Stock Control, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management.

- Strong skills in Operations Management, including optimizing workflows and improving efficiency.

- Experience with Forklift Operation and other warehouse equipment is desirable.

- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP is an advantage.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.

- Understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly in a pharmaceutical warehouse setting.

- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
