Work Location: West Pune.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Assist the customers with organisation, project & product details; provide insights, USPs & specifications of the designated project.

- Helping customers to shortlist inventory available in the project.

- Assist the customer during site visits, analysis, and recommendations about the project to the customer.

- Assist the customers in finalising & negotiating apartments.

- Consult customers about different financing optionsdevise custom solutions that are best for the customer's portfolio.

- Building relations with channel partners & assisting their customers.

- Ensure complete customer servicing: documentation, follow-ups, and coordination.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's sales goals.

- Lead and manage the sales team, training, and performance monitoring; help the team close the deals with the customers.

- Setting up the overall team and individual targets, aligning them with the company's objectives.

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.

- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the senior management.

- Manage the sales budget efficiently, ensuring that resources are used effectively to achieve sales targets.

- Continuously train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

- Participate in negotiations for high-value or complex deals, providing guidance to the sales

team as needed.

- Evaluate the performance of the sales team against targets and provide constructive feedback

for improvement.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and maintaining

quality service delivery.

- Ensure that all sales activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.

- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the real estate industry to identify

potential business opportunities.

- Stay updated on the latest technological tools and platforms to streamline sales processes and enhance team productivity.

- Generate regular reports on sales activities, team performance, and market trends for the

senior management team.
