ERP SAP Manager

Description: 8+ years of experience in leading ERP Projects.

Role responsibilities:

- Working understanding of MM, PP, SD, QC, FICO, and WM/EWM modules of SAP ERP.

- Lead ERP implementation/transition, and track project milestones, budget & Scope during the implementation.

- Apply conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to solve and simplify complex business processes.

- Identify process gap/non-standard current process, suggest/drive changing current practice/process as per industry standards & lead process transformation/excellence projects.

- Work closely across the CF team (Purchase, Store, Logistics, Planning, Finance, Production, SCM, sales, Ecom) to understand/gather business requirements and map them with ERP.

- Closely coordinate with the implementation partner and 3rd Party Software partners to understand systems functionality & keep the project on track.

- Maintain & update all Master data (Customer, vendor master, Item master, Employee master, BOM, Bin location, Warehouse master, Price list, ledgers, financial master data, etc. regularly.

- Identify the scope to reduce Manual System related activities & automate data entry activities wherever possible.

- Monitor all customised development in ERP that is considered in scope & coordinate with the vendor to keep.

- Create the SAP team to facilitate future developments, integration and SAP life cycle management post implementation
