Description:



Looking for a hands-on ERP Sales Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in direct ERP sales to drive end-to-end sales through field visits, lead gen, demos, pitching solutions, closures, adept in using CRM, and exceeding targets in a fast-paced IT/ERP setup.

Responsibilities:



- Hunting new business opportunities for ERP solutions (Odoo and ERPNext) through direct field visits, networking, events, and digital outreach.



- Own the full sales cycle from client meetings, demo coordination, proposal negotiation, to final closure.



- Identify client pain points in operations, finance, inventory, or manufacturing, and pitch ERP modules accordingly.



- Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to customise demos and solution presentations.



- Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools, and regularly report activity and forecasts.



- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly).



- Attend industry events and seminars to generate leads and represent the company.

Requirements:



- 3 - 5 years of proven experience in field sales of ERP/CRM/enterprise software.



- Strong understanding of sales cycles in manufacturing, trading, or service sectors.



- Must have independently closed B2B deals.



- Excellent communication in English and local languages.



- Strong business acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.



- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.



- Proven exposure to the India and ME market.
