Equity Solutions Analyst / Associate

Location: Powai, Mumbai

Experience: 2 4 years

We are seeking a dynamic Analyst / Associate to join our Asia Ex-Japan (AeJ) Equity Solutions Sales & Structuring team in Powai. This role offers exposure to structured equity-linked financing and derivative solutions, working alongside global trading, sales, and investment banking teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support senior bankers in origination and ideation of client opportunities.

- Prepare presentation materials for client pitches and internal discussions.

- Assist in transaction analysis, including liaising with legal, risk, and operations teams.

- Lead preparation of internal approval materials for transaction evaluation.

- Monitor ongoing positions and ensure full compliance with internal and external policies.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong understanding of Fixed Income & Equity markets.

- Proficiency in fundamental, technical, and credit analysis of companies.

- Knowledge of financial statements, valuation methods, and pricing models.

- Familiarity with derivatives (a strong plus).

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

- Creative problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Experience & Qualifications:

- 24 years of experience, preferably in product teams at global or regional investment banks.

- Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Engineering from a Tier 1 college, or CA / MBA.
