Position: Equity Relationship Manager

Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and Result Driven Equity Relationship Manager to drive equity sales and revenue generation within a branch setting.

This individual contributor role requires strong Communication Skills and a focus on Building Work Relationships with clients, particularly HNI (High Net Worth Individual) and Ultra HNI segments.

The manager will be responsible for sales, advisory services, new client acquisition, and generating revenue across various equity and related financial products.


Key Responsibilities


Sales and Revenue Generation


- Drive Equity sales to all branch clients, maintaining a special and intensified focus on HNI and Ultra

HNI clients.

- Generate comprehensive revenue from the sale of equity, commodity, and equity products to meet the branch's overall equity broking targets.

- Achieve assigned targets by generating Net Interest Income (NII) through the promotion and sale of Margin Trade Funding (MTF).


Client Acquisition and Portfolio Growth


- Lead the process of Acquiring new clients and ensuring immediate revenue generation from new clients.

- Drive Asset gathering through the effective cross-selling of Advisory products, Investiger, IPO, ETF, and other financial instruments.

- Ensure the activation of trading accounts for all acquired clients.


Trading and Advisory Services


- Assist new entrants in the Equity Markets to understand market dynamics and facilitate their initial trading activities.

- Provide advisory services to clients by giving them requisite information regarding current market conditions.

- Help customers to Execute trades online and place orders on behalf of customers as required.


- Provide prompt and accurate confirmation of orders and trades done during the day to clients.


Qualifications:


Experience: Relevant experience in Equity Markets, Equity Broking, or Relationship Management within the Financial Services sector.


Core Expertise: Mandatory strong knowledge of Equity, Equity Markets, Commodity, and Commodity Trading.


Client Focus: Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with HNI clients.


Attributes: Strong Communication Skills, a mandatory Result Driven approach, and a focus on Building Work Relationships
