EPM Manager - Project Management - Shipping Vertical - Electronics Manufacturing Firm

Role Overview:

We are seeking a professional to support logistics and shipping activities for engineering and project-based operations. This role involves coordinating international shipments, import/export activities, and freight forwarding while supporting new product introduction (NPI) and ongoing project requirements.

The role is ideal for someone who understands logistics operations and can work closely with engineering, sourcing, and external logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely movement of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics & Shipping Operations:

- Manage international shipping activities, including import and export shipments

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport vendors

- Ensure timely movement of materials in line with project and production schedules

- Handle shipping documentation and compliance for international logistics

- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or operational issues

Project Management Support:

- Support project logistics planning for ongoing and new projects

- Align shipping timelines with overall project milestones

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure material readiness and delivery

- Maintain shipment trackers, schedules, and status updates

Import & Export Management:

- Handle import and export processes in compliance with regulations

- Ensure accuracy of shipping and customs documentation

- Support duty, clearance, and coordination activities

NPI (New Product Introduction) Support:

- Coordinate logistics requirements for new product introduction (NPI)

- Ensure timely shipment of prototypes, samples, and production materials

- Work closely with engineering and sourcing teams during NPI phases
