Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the RCM and healthcare IT sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling and effective account management.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and business cases to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company goals and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, delivery, and finance) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Track business development activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 7-10 years in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management roles.
- Industry Expertise: Mandatory experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Sound knowledge of healthcare IT solutions and RCM processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
