
Job Description: Sales Leader - India & GCC Market Focus

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to spearhead new business development initiatives targeting clients in India Market & the Global Capability Centers (GCC) in India region. This role demands a strong hunter mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills, and proven success in driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify, engage, and convert high-potential India Market & GCC-based clients for products/services delivered in India.
- Predominantly worked in Lifesciences & Healthcare Domain
- Market Penetration: Develop and execute strategies to expand presence in India & GCC markets, leveraging cultural and business insights.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Client Engagement: Establish strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to define go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and value propositions tailored for India Market & GCC clients in India.
- Negotiation & Closure: Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on India & GCC market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements impacting sales.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 15+ years of sales experience with a strong focus on hunting and new client acquisition.
- Proven track record of selling to GCC clients and managing relationships across the region.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to navigate cross-cultural business environments.
- Strong understanding of India IT Market landscape & GCC business practices and regulatory frameworks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Travel: Willingness to travel within India as required.
