Envecon - Head - Finance & Accounts

Role Overview:

As Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth and objectives. This role involves managing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Financial Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.

- Work closely with the CEO and executive team to identify and evaluate strategic business opportunities.

- Lead the financial aspects of the IPO Process.

- Fund Raising & Management: Develop and implement effective fund-raising strategies. Identify and engage with potential investors, including venture capitalists, private equity firms, and institutional investors.

- Investment Planning: Lead the development of comprehensive investment plans aligned with organizational goals.

- Evaluate the performance of existing investments.

Business Finance Projections: Drive the preparation of accurate and insightful financial projections and forecasts.

- Overall Monitoring of Finance & Accounts functions.

- Treasury Management

- Order to Cash (O2C) and Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes

- International Office Accounts

- MIS Reporting

- Financial Reporting and Analysis

- Finance Management of Group Companies

- Proven experience in a senior finance role, with a track record of successful fund management and investment planning.

- Demonstrated experience in business finance projections and financial analysis.
