Role Overview

As an Enterprise Account professional, you will drive enterprise sales growth for Nurixs conversational and agentic AI solutions in multiple verticals. Youll collaborate closely with CDOs, CX heads, and digital transformation leaders to articulate compelling business value and orchestrate high-impact GenAI deployments from AI-powered contact centers to intelligent sales copilots.


Key Responsibilities


- Strategic Sales Execution: Drive GTM for Nurixs AI offerings including sales agents, support copilots, and productivity assistants. Translate business problemscart abandonment, SLA slippage, upsell drop-offsinto tangible AI use cases.

- CXO Engagement & Evangelism: Build trusted partnerships with CXOs. Position Nurixs solutions for loyalty enhancement, real-time support, multilingual assistance, and SOP compliance.

- Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts with a strong focus on expansion and retention. Cultivate long-term relationships to understand evolving client needs, proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and drive consistent value realization.


- Orchestrate internal stakeholders to deliver seamless post-sales support and ensure sustained client success. Establish account-level strategies to deepen engagement, increase wallet share, and serve as the primary executive sponsor across all touchpoints.

- Consultative Solutioning: Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and AI engineering to design contextual demos and proof-of-concepts tailored to retail workflows

- Market Expansion: Build a scalable outreach engine through partnerships, channel alliances, and structured prospecting.

- Thought Leadership: Represent Nurix at industry events, tech forums, and innovation roundtables. Lead discussions on the future of AIl, voice commerce, and GenAI-driven personalization.


Requirements/Experience:


- 8+ years in enterprise sales, with a strong focus on SaaS, AI-driven solutions, or customer experience transformation.

- Solution Expertise: Proven track record of selling or consulting on automation, AI, or CX technologies across industries, particularly in areas like workflow optimization, marketing tech, or contact center innovation.

- AI & Conversational Tech Acumen: Familiarity with conversational AI, GenAI applications, and best practices for deploying intelligent agents or automation layers.

- Stakeholder Fluency: Comfortable engaging with both business and technical stakeholders including C-level executives, digital transformation leaders, and operations heads.

- Mobility: Open to domestic and international travel (2030%) to lead client engagements, drive market expansion, and support enterprise rollouts.
