Roles and Responsibilities: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the B2B technology or retail solution space. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and securing high-value deals in a competitive environment. - In-depth understanding of omni- channel retail solutions and their impact on business performance. - Strong understanding of the Indian retail landscape and its current challenges. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels. - Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to sales. - Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or masters. - Should be proficient in English and Kannada - Experience in selling billing software is highly desirable. - Proficiency in lead generation techniques and market research, with a keen eye for identifying potential clients and opportunities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. - Experience with CRM platforms, particularly LeadSquared, for lead management and tracking. - Openness to receiving training and coaching to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. - Strong rapport-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues. - Good to have experience in both inside and outside sales. - Demonstrated ability in leads generation, objection handling, and conflict resolution. - Consistent track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations. - Thorough understanding of billing software and the ability to convey its value proposition effectively to clients.
