About The Opportunity:
- We are hiring an experienced Enterprise AI Sales Manager to lead quotabearing sales of bespoke AI solutions and professional services.
- This role focuses on complex, multiphase engagementsdiscovering strategic use cases, shaping solution architecture with technical teams, and closing highvalue contracts with Clevel and business unit stakeholders.
- Bengalurubased, fulltime role with regular travel to customer sites and international engagement.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Own and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for custom AI solution engagements across enterprise accounts.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities by engaging CIOs, Chief Innovation Officers, heads of digital transformation, and enterprise business leaders.
- Lead discovery workshops to map business objectives to technical requirements and develop clear ROI-driven use cases.
- Create persuasive proposals and detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) that describe solution architecture, delivery roadmap, milestones, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with solutions architects, data scientists, and delivery leads to validate scope, pricing, and implementation feasibility.
- Manage full sales cycles including RFP responses, procurement negotiations, CRM pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
Skills & Qualifications:
MustHave:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Proven quotacarrying track record selling custom software, AI/ML services, or enterprise solution implementations.
- Strong experience in consultative selling, scoping multiphase projects, and closing enterprise deals.
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes including RFPs, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and solution patterns (NLP, CV, predictive analytics, recommendations).
- Willingness to travel ~30-40% and engage with international customers across multiple geographies.
Preferred:
- MBA or advanced business qualification from a reputed institution.
- Proven experience closing large professional services or systems integration deals (> $1M).
- Familiarity with generative AI / LLM-based solutions and enterprise integration patterns.
