Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Responsible for sales in the Indian market for an Enterprise SaaS Product.
- Independently managing deal size ARR of 40L minimum .
- Having strong track record of achieving targets in Enterprise SaaS sales.
- Building sales pipeline through primary and secondary research.
- Strong communication skills with ability to sell and interact with CXO profiles of large Enterprises.
- Understanding the value proposition of the product initial product positioning.
- Mapping customer account for strong stakeholder management.
- Coordinating with Pre-sales team on getting Demos / POCs conducted.
- Conducting Commercial negotiations leading to closure and contracting.
- Collecting payments from customers and manage customer relationship.
Ideal Candidate:
- Masters Degree preferred
- Experience of at least 8 years in sales with minimum of 4 years in Enterprise SaaS
- Consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills
- Solid business development & acquisition experience
- Strong relationship and account management skills
- Proficient in using CRM tools and data analysis to drive sales performance
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels-internally as well as externally
- Experience working in virtual teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs
- Ability to be part of a collaborative high-performing sales team.
