
Role Overview:
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with key enterprise clients. Your day-to-day will involve identifying and qualifying leads, conducting compelling product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ultimately closing deals. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role directly impacts the company's revenue targets and plays a crucial part in establishing our B2B SaaS solution as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new enterprise sales opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and inbound lead follow-up to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives and key decision-makers, showcasing the value proposition of our SaaS solution and addressing their specific business needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned territories or accounts, aligning with overall company goals and maximizing revenue potential.
- Negotiate and close complex deals with enterprise clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive long-term partnerships and recurring revenue streams.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system, providing regular reports and forecasts to sales leadership.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, within the B2B SaaS space.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and techniques, including value selling, solution selling, and consultative selling.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
