Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic Sales Enthusiast with around 7 year of experience in the Conversational AI or SaaS industry for one of our clients. As a Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, expand the customer base, and ensure successful adoption of our solutions.


Roles & Responsibilities:


- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential sales opportunities for our product offerings within Large Enterprise accounts across the assigned geography/industry vertical.


- Achieve defined sales revenue targets.


- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while continuously tracking progress.


- Establish and nurture relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.


- Assist in conducting product demos and clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions.


- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment with company goals.


- Support in preparing sales proposals and help in deal closures.


- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.


- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.


- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management.


Key Qualifications & Skills:


- Engineering or Masters Degree from a reputed institute.


- 7+ years of experience in the B2B/SaaS/Enterprise domain. Experience in Conversational AI is a strong plus.


- Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders within enterprise accounts.


- Experience in technical/functional activities during the pre-sales cycle.


- Background in solution or concept selling (CRM/ERP/Enterprise/Contact Center/SaaS/CPaaS).


- Strong understanding of technology with a consultative selling approach.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about sales.


- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.


- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
