Enterprise Sales Manager

Job description:

Role Overview:

The Enterprise Sales Manager will own the complete business target for MS Teams Direct Routing (MST) and Managed Communication Services. This role focuses on acquiring Corporate/Enterprise customers and driving revenue through advanced communication solutions, including AI-powered voice technologies, cloud telephony, and multi-location enterprise communication setups.

Experience & Skill Requirements:

Mandatory Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Enterprise Communication Sales.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proven experience engaging and selling to CxO-level decision makers.

Hands-on experience in selling:

- SIP / VoIP solutions

- Unified Communications

- Experience in Enterprise PBX sales (Cisco, Avaya, Sangoma) is an advantage.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

- Sales exposure in Middle East, Africa, Philippines, or Europe markets.

- Experience handling global clients, compliance, and multi-country regulatory requirements.

About VIVA (Products/Services Range):

The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for selling the following services to Enterprise/Corporate clients:

- AI-powered Voice Bots (Virtual Agents)

- Microsoft Teams Direct Routing

- Cloud Telephony Services

- Managed Communication Services

- Contact Center Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Sales & Acquisition:

- Drive new customer acquisition for Corporate/Enterprise segments.

- Identify, target, and engage CxOs and key decision makers.

- Own the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closure.

Solution Sales & Consultative Selling:

Should have experience selling enterprise communication solutions such as:

- AI powered Voice BOTs (Virtual Agents)

- Multi-location inbound/outbound voice call connectivity

- Cloud telephony for global calling

- Domestic calling services

- Application integrations (CRM, support systems, ERP)

- Country-specific compliance and regulatory frameworks

- Enterprise security and QoS parameters

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work with Marketing to provide market insights, define campaigns, and support lead generation initiatives.

Work with Presales to:

- Translate customer requirements

- Build Solution Architecture, BoM, and BoQ

- Ensure successful PoC execution, documentation, and report submission.

Proposal, Negotiation & Closure:

- Present proposals jointly with presales.

Drive commercial discussions, negotiate pricing, and finalize:

- Agreements

- MSA

- SLA

- SoW

Execution & Customer Success Coordination:

Work closely with Delivery and Support teams to ensure:

- Smooth onboarding

- Compliance with agreed SLA/QoS

- Customer satisfaction

Channel & Partner Management:

- Manage and drive existing Partners/Resellers to enhance sales funnel.

- Identify, evaluate, and sign up new Partners/Resellers to grow business.

- Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with revenue goals.

Revenue & Commercial Governance:

- Ensure achievement of revenue targets with desired profit margins.

- Support Finance in recovery of ageing payments and resolving billing issues.
