Enterprise sales executive B2B Saas Job Title: Enterprise Sales Executive - We're looking for quota driven Rockstar sales reps with proven experience of performance in a hunting and outbound prospecting based set up. The role needs great discipline in managing the sales pipeline and keeping CRM up to date at any given point of time. A background in B2B sales of SaaS or FinTech a plus. - The Account Executive is a critical role for us and the person will be a key component in building one of the best sales engines in the country. Does this excite you Responsibilities : - Demo products to prospective clients - Understanding their requirement - Explaining and sharpening Private Circle's value-proposition - Manage and forecast a sales pipeline on your own - Constantly working to improve the quality of the sale pipeline - Closing experience in B2B sales is a must - Ensure a high level of responsiveness with prospects through the sales process - Proactively source new leads and new business opportunities Requirements : - At least 3-5 years of B2B sales experience; preferably at a fast-growing Insurance/Fintech/HRTech/BFSI/SaaS startup - Experience of outbound prospecting, cold calling and managing sales pipeline - Previous experience mainly into hunting, new clients acquisition and sales closures - Experience having sold to Founders or CFOs or Finance teams is a plus - Very comfortable connecting with new prospects, doing follow ups for closures and making the desired no. of calls on a daily basis - Disciplined approach towards updating CRM - The ability to work with tight targets and timelines - Deep understanding of how to sell; preferably trained in - Ability to write good fresh and follow up emails - Ability to build rapport and trust with prospects/clients - A high degree of coachability and great listening skills - The ability to execute highly credible and articulate face-to-face, over the phone and email conversations - Experience in selling to PE/VC/IB/Banks/Financial Institutions Locations : Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore
