Role Overview:
The organization is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth through management of strategic enterprise accounts and acquisition of new large customers. The role requires a strong consultative selling approach, experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders, and the ability to manage complex and long sales cycles involving multiple decision makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow enterprise and large mid market accounts across assigned territories or verticals
- Drive new business acquisition and expand wallet share within existing customers
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets related to revenue, pipeline, and margins
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Act as the single point of contact for key enterprise customers
- Develop long term account plans aligned with customer business objectives
- Manage renewals, upsell, and cross sell opportunities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention
- Position and sell enterprise technology solutions including cloud, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, managed services, data center, and end user computing
- Engage with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and procurement teams
- Work closely with pre sales, technical, and delivery teams to design and close solutions
- Collaborate with OEMs and channel partners on joint opportunities
- Manage deal registrations, pricing, and commercial negotiations
- Participate in joint customer meetings and partner engagements
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular pipeline reports
- Track competition, market trends, and customer insights
- Maintain CRM documentation and reporting hygiene
Skills Required:
- Strong consultative and solution selling capability
- Proven experience selling complex enterprise IT solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and multi stakeholder decision processes
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business
- MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred
- 8 to 15 years of experience in enterprise or B2B IT sales
- Proven track record of working with large enterprises, MNCs, or public sector organizations
