Description: We are hiring for one of our client.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering - to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, including C-suite stakeholders.
- Develop and execute account plans that align with each clients goals.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to track progress and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals to maximize profitability.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business within existing accounts and identify improvement areas to meet sales quotas.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly results, annual forecasts).
- Support resolution of challenging client requests or escalations as needed.
Skills Required:
- Masters Degree from a reputed institute with 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar role.
- Strong track record of managing enterprise client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-suite.
- Experience with SaaS or enterprise-based products is preferred.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking ability.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
