Company works on AI & Robotic process automation software. Looking for leaders who can manage IT / ITES Vertical and Manufacturing Vertical for them.
Extensive experience of handling similar vertical in the past is must.
Responsibilities:
- Experience of catering to IT / ITES & Manufacturing customers is must and non negotiable.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans and roadmaps for long-term customer relationships.
- Understanding customer business challenges to identify automation opportunities that provide measurable value.
- Building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Managing and forecasting sales pipelines to consistently achieve quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
- Collaborating with technical sales and customer success teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Extensive enterprise software sales experience, often 15-20+ years.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- The role involves owning the full sales cycle, handling stakeholders and drive the business.
- The role requires extensive experience in enterprise sales within India market.
- Experience of software services, RPA, Automation and agentic AI is required.
