
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager - Business Development to drive business growth and expand our client base. Based in Mumbai, this on-site role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to convert opportunities into successful projects while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships and key accounts
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential opportunities
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and participate in client meetings and pitches
- Collaborate with internal design, project, and operations teams to develop winning business strategies
- Support negotiations, contract discussions, and project closures
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools
- Ensure smooth handover of acquired projects and maintain client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle
Qualifications & Skills;
- Strong business development, marketing, and strategic planning capabilities
- Proven experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and key account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable results
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred Experience:
Relevant experience in commercial interiors, design & build, or related industries is highly desirable
