About the Opportunity :

Our client is a rapidly growing AI and Data Engineering company helping global enterprises solve complex business problems through Artificial Intelligence, Data Platforms, Cloud Engineering, and Generative AI solutions.

As the organization continues to scale, they are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who can combine technical leadership, consulting capability, and delivery ownership while leading multiple engineering teams working on enterprise AI transformation initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building high-performing engineering teams, engaging directly with enterprise customers, influencing technical decisions, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing :

- Lead multiple engineering teams delivering AI and data transformation projects for enterprise clients.

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand complex challenges and translate them into scalable technology solutions.

- Drive technical architecture discussions and provide guidance on engineering best practices.

- Work closely with solution consultants and delivery teams during discovery, solutioning, and implementation.

- Mentor engineering managers, technical leads, and senior engineers while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous learning.

- Ensure projects are delivered with high quality, within timelines, and aligned with customer expectations.

- Support engineering excellence through code reviews, architecture reviews, CI/CD practices, and technical governance.

- Help build reusable frameworks and accelerators that improve delivery efficiency across projects.

What the client is Looking For :

- 14 - 17 years of software engineering experience with at least 45 years managing engineering teams.

- Strong hands-on background in Data Engineering, AI/ML, or cloud-native application development.

- Experience designing enterprise data platforms, distributed systems, and scalable cloud solutions.

- Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, Agentic AI, and modern AI engineering practices.

- Strong exposure to AWS and/or Azure cloud ecosystems.

- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, ERP systems, and large-scale data integration.

- Experience with Spark, SQL, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, LangChain, LangGraph, Vector Databases, and MLOps will be an advantage.

- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, CI/CD, engineering governance, and software quality practices.
