Tech / CIPET / TRTC Experience: 10-12 Years Work Location: Khushkhera, alwar Responsibilities: As Engineering Head he will be responsible for 2 associate companies . Has to be purely from Plastic industry Key Responsibilities: - Directly responsible for Engineering / NPD / Tool Design - Manage RFQ, study technical feasibility, prepare commercials and respond to Customer - Interact with Suppliers for tool design, tool planning, trials, and solutions - Analyze and Propose Efficient and Effective Solutions - Utilization of know-how/lesson learned in a new tool - To ensure better part quality and higher productivity - MIS, Presentation, Budget & Resource Management - Mentoring and Continual Improvements - Improve Manufacturing and Tooling by adding value - Eliminate productivity loss on account of Tool Break down / Spare Management - Lead the NPD & Engineering team - Work in coordination with plant CFT team - Prepare tool DFM and participate in tool DFM discussion with customer - Tool cost assessment - Complementary knowledge of plastic molding process Skills: - Leadership Quality. - Techno-Commercial Background. - MTTR /MTBF /DFMEA /PFMEA /Control Plan. - Good in Communication, Written and Verbal. - Must have exposure to leading a team of 5 to 7 members. - Preferred to have System Knowledge in Automotive Parts and Tool Development. - Selection of Cutting Tools/ Tool Material/ Surface Treatment to optimize productivity and cost.
