Engineering Head - Chemical Manufacturing

Role Overview:

As the Engineering Head for our Vapi facility, you will serve as the primary leader responsible for the end-to-end engineering operations, maintenance, and process excellence of our manufacturing site. You will work closely with cross-functional plant leadership, regional engineering teams, and external vendors to ensure our production infrastructure operates at peak efficiency. Your leadership will directly impact the facilitys output quality, cost-efficiency, and safety standards, playing a pivotal role in scaling our operational capabilities and maintaining our competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct all engineering operations and maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment uptime and seamless production continuity.

- Drive process excellence initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and implementing lean methodologies to optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs.

- Champion a culture of industrial safety by enforcing rigorous compliance protocols and proactive risk management to ensure a zero-harm work environment.

- Collaborate with plant leadership to spearhead capital expenditure projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with long-term business objectives.

- Mentor and lead technical teams, fostering a high-performance environment that prioritizes professional development and technical proficiency.
