Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and technology strategy for AI-driven SaaS products.
- Oversee software development and system integration to ensure scalable and robust solutions.
- Manage cross-functional teams and projects from concept through delivery.
- Drive innovation by designing and implementing AI agents and machine learning models.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, security, and performance optimization.
- Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and tools to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 15-20 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, and leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in architecture and architectural design principles.
- Proven experience in AI and machine learning technologies, including building AI agents and solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and backend development.
- Solid understanding of software integration techniques and tools.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex technology projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic SaaS environment and drive change.
