Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Main Point of Contact: Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and aligned outcomes for specific
group brands.
- Drive Strategic Conversations: Uncover value-driven opportunities across departments.
- Manage Project Delivery: Grow existing projects and IT services successfully.
- Establish Communication Paths: Maintain clear escalation paths and communication channels.
- Lead Enterprise Engagements: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
- Support Strategic Initiatives: Participate in large-scale digital transformation efforts.
- Promote Delivery Excellence: Foster collaboration and excellence across cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Experience: 15+ years in Engagement Management, Strategic Consulting, or Program Delivery.
- Track Record: Strong history in Account Growth, Project Governance, and Customer Success.
- Expertise: Pipeline Management, Service Excellence, and Consultative Selling.
- Leadership Presence: Excellent stakeholder and change management capabilities.
