Position Overview:
The Key Accounts Manager HoReCa will lead and manage high-value client relationships across the Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafs (HoReCa) segment.
This role is responsible for strategic planning, account retention and growth, revenue maximization, and cross-functional coordination to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction and long-term business success.
The KAM will oversee the performance of Business Development Managers and ensure seamless execution at the ground level.
Strategic Account Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for key HoReCa accounts, aligned with company goals for revenue, brand positioning, and market penetration.
High-Level Client Management:
- Own and manage relationships with key decision-makers in major hotel chains, restaurant groups, and high-volume caf brands.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Guide and support Business Development Managers in account execution, negotiation, and client servicing.
- Act as an escalation point for critical client matters.
New Business Acquisition:
- Identify, pitch, and secure long-term contracts with new high-potential HoReCa accounts across regions.
- Drive partnerships that enhance market share and profitability.
Sales Performance & Insights:
- Monitor account-wise sales performance, analyze market trends and customer data, and implement corrective actions to address challenges or unlock growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure product availability, service quality, and execution of promotional plans.
Contract Management & Negotiation:
- Lead the negotiation of commercial terms, pricing, and contract renewals with key clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Business Reviews & Forecasting:
- Conduct regular strategic business reviews with clients and internal leadership.
- Provide data-driven forecasts, updates, and insights for informed decision-making.
