What this role Looks like?

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidate to join us as Business Analyst in the office our company. In this role, you will work closely with the leadership and other senior executives to provide critical business analysis, strategic insights, and decision-making support. You will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and delivering actionable recommendations and executing upon the same to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented individual with exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Proactivity:


- Proactively anticipate the needs of leadership and take action to ensure that they have everything they need to be productive and successful.

2. Business Research & Analysis:


- Conduct research, analysis of market standards and other documents.


- Data management and analysis on Revenue, Cost, Margins, Market Share, ROI and Customer Experience.

3. Resourcefulness:


- Startup environments are fast-paced and constantly changing.


- You need to be resourceful and should adapt quickly to changing circumstances, while still maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.

4. Communication skills:


- Need to communicate clearly and effectively with the leadership and other stakeholders, should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and are comfortable communicating with people at all levels of the organization.

5. Strategic thinker:


- Are able to think strategically and see the big picture, understand the goals and objectives of the company and are able to align their work with those objectives.

6. Flexibility:


- Startups are dynamic and unpredictable environments; you are able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities with ease and are comfortable working in an environment where things can change rapidly.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:


- Collaborate with various departments.

- Attention to detail: Despite the fast-paced environment, the best EAs can maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in their work.

8. Discretion:


- Startups often deal with sensitive information, and you should be able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

9. Positive attitude:


- Hold a positive attitude and are able to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, even in the face of challenges and setbacks.

- Conduct competitive analysis with monthly/quarterly reporting in relevant competitive metrics.


10. Social Media Management:


- Proactively manage social media handles, respond to queries / comments, maintain outreach to potential clients/ investors/ customers, etc.


- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other executives.


You'll be successful in this role if you have:

- 1+ Years' of Proven experience as in similar role.

- Excellent communication skills with pleasing personality

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.


- Hungry for knowledge along with a growth mind-set that will constantly think about revenue, cost, margins, market share, ROI, process improvement, systems and customer experience.


- Proven analytical background.


- Advanced excel skills / PPT/ Word.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Flexibility to work outside (travel) of regular business hours as & when needed.

- Knowledge of business operations and processes.

- Professionalism and a strong work ethic.

- Should be a good listener & negotiator

- Experience in managing multiple senior level stakeholders
