- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and drive improvements across lead management, qualification, handoffs and follow-ups.
- Partner with Sales leadership to ensure targets, priorities and processes are clearly understood and executed.
Sales Support Management:
- Manage and improve the Sales Support function, ensuring timely lead handling, follow-ups and coordination with the sales team.
- Set clear processes, SOPs and performance expectations for the Sales Support team.
- Monitor team performance and proactively identify gaps in productivity, quality and execution.
- Improve coordination between Sales Support, Sales and other customer-facing teams.
Business Operations & Analytics:
- Build and maintain dashboards/reports that give leadership visibility into sales performance and operational health.
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for improving sales efficiency.
- Own recurring business reviews and ensure action items are tracked through to closure.
- Create SOPs, workflows and systems that reduce manual work and improve consistency.
Cross-functional Ownership:
- Work with Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Engineering to resolve operational gaps affecting the sales journey.
- Bring recurring customer and sales feedback to the right teams and help drive resolution.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc business problems and projects that improve the overall GTM engine.
What We're Looking For:
- 4 - 8 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or a similar role.
- Experience managing or leading sales teams, sales support teams, or customer-facing operations.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, CRM processes and sales metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and building reports/dashboards.
- Ability to identify operational gaps, create simple processes and drive adoption across teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- High ownership, strong execution mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
What Success Looks Like:
- The Sales team has a clear, predictable operating rhythm and strong execution discipline.
- Sales Support is well-managed, measurable and consistently enables the sales team.
- Leadership has clear visibility into sales performance, bottlenecks and key business metrics.
- Processes become simpler, faster and more scalable as the business grows.
Why Join Emitrr?:
- Own a critical business function with high visibility across the organization.
- Work closely with founders and sales leadership.
- Solve real business problems in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
- Build systems and processes that directly impact revenue and team productivity.
- High ownership, fast execution and significant career growth.
