Role Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Salem.
- The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in their assigned region, set targets for the sales team, and plan strategic initiatives to meet sales goals.
- The role involves regularly visiting distributors, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities.
- The Regional Sales Manager will also lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of sales team members to ensure productivity and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in setting and achieving regional sales targets.
- Proficiency in market analysis, customer relationship management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to strategize, plan, and implement regional growth initiatives.
- Basic knowledge of the jewelry industry or luxury retail market is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the region and exceptional organizational abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a related industry.
