
Role - Product Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Product Development
- Propose Product Features based on a product idea or request
- Coordinate with Actuarial, Sales channel for filing of product
- Coordinating with other departments(IT/Finance/Ops/Underwriting/Investment) for fulfilling requirements
- Assuring processes and systems in coordination with other teams
- Maintaining accuracy and consistency between marketing material and actual product/process information
2. Innovation & Market Research:
- Facilitating innovation feedback
- Benchmark competition and identify loopholes
- Track Regulatory Changes
3. Category management:
- Support Sales teams with essential tools
- Find gaps in products/ process and ways to plug the same to enable distribution support.
- Driving product Communication for category products
- Ensure smooth product launch
- Handling all product /process related queries
- Preparing effecting communication content to drive key products
- Liaise with marketing, sales, training to ensure the effective dissemination of the product communication
Educational Qualification / Experience:
- MBA from a Tiered institute with minimum 2 year of experience
- Graduate with 6+ years of experience
Knowledge & Skills :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide solutions
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
- Knowledge of MS Excel/PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Life Insurance products and regulations
