
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge through training programs, cycle meetings, and on-the-job learning.
- Communicate and collaborate with subordinates to define and achieve goals effectively.
- Ensure complete and timely implementation of strategies and systems as per organizational directives.
- Focus on team retention and actively scout new talent for vacant territories.
- Induct and train new employees as per company policy while upholding all compliance and code of conduct standards.
- Manage vacant territories efficiently to maintain consistent business performance.
- Guide team members in resolving issues related to stockists, chemists, and customer relationships.
- Prepare and submit tour programs for self and team in line with company guidelines.
- Conduct monthly analysis of primary and secondary sales, customer coverage, and business trends.
- Build and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Business Leaders (KBLs).
- Brief subordinates on incentive schemes and ensure proper implementation.
- Ensure achievement of annual targets for all headquarters and new product launches.
- Develop team capabilities in product detailing, product knowledge, RCPA, and in-clinic effectiveness.
- Identify new business opportunities and work toward business expansion.
- Promote discipline, ethics, and adherence to company values within the team.
- Organize and oversee academic and promotional activities such as CMEs and conferences for doctors.
