Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Implementation:
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with subordinates to define and achieve sales goals.
- Ensure complete and accurate implementation of all company strategies and systems as per directives.
- Actively scout for and onboard new talent, ensuring seamless induction as per company policies and code of conduct.
- Manage vacant territories effectively to maintain business continuity and growth.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Provide guidance and support to team members in resolving day-to-day issues, including those with stockists and chemists.
- Prepare and submit tour programs for yourself and your team, adhering to company guidelines.
- Brief subordinates on incentive schemes, motivating them towards high performance.
- Develop team members in key areas such as product detailing, scientific product knowledge, Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA), and in-clinic effectiveness.
- Maintain discipline within the team, fostering a productive and ethical work environment.
Sales & Business Development:
- Conduct monthly analysis of primary and secondary sales, customer coverage, and other key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Business Leaders (KBLs) to drive brand advocacy and prescriptions.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Ensure the annual target achievement for all assigned headquarters (HQs).
- Drive target achievement for all new product launches, ensuring successful market penetration.
Required Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written).
- Strong Presentation Skills to effectively convey product information and strategies.
- Demonstrated Selling Skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Solid Scientific Background to understand and articulate product benefits and clinical data.
- High Influencing capabilities to motivate team members and build strong customer relationships.
- Proven Team Management abilities, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Exceptional Analytical Ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Effective Problem-Solving skills to address challenges and navigate complex situations.

Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc)
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
