Roles and Responsibilities:- 1. Lead the Talent Acquisition, New Employee Onboarding, Employer Branding and TA Projects for Emcure's - India Business. Responsible and accountable for all Corporate and critical Field Position for Domestic Sales and Marketing vertical. 2. Reporting of 1-2 direct Reports to support and manage the mandates. 3. Ensuring smooth Onboarding of all the New joiners hired by Self and team with by closely coordinating with HRBP and Onboarding SPOC. 4. Sourcing, Screening, scheduling, Documentation review, Offer working and negotiation, Candidate Engagement and effective Pre Onboarding Process coordination and Communication. Effective and Efficient End to end Hiring Process Management. 5. Maintaining the Recruitment tracker, updating it timely and publishing it and sharing it on weekly basis. KPI:- 1. Turn Around Time in closing the Positions. 2. Quality of Sourcing and Screening. 3. Good Source Mix leading to Cost Optimization 4. Traction in TA Projects on Process Improvement. 5. Updation status of Recruitment tracker and Recruitment Dashboard Educational Qualification- 1- Full time Graduation is must( MBA would be preferred) Experience:- 1. End to end Talent Acquisition Experience. 2. Experience with Pharma Sales & Marketing or Corporate position is preferred. 3. Candidates currently working/or worked in past with Pharma recruitment Consultancies or pharma or healthcare verticals.
