We are seeking a high-caliber Digital Marketing Specialist with deep expertise across social media, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and YouTube marketing to lead the next chapter of Elixr Labs digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute ROI-driven digital marketing strategies that directly support pipeline creation, lead velocity, and sales targets.
- Convert Marketing into a revenue-support function by creating predictable inbound lead systems across LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, and social media.
- Manage and grow the companys presence across all social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) with a focus on engagement, visibility, and conversions.
- Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn campaigns designed for high-quality B2B lead generation.
- Run Google Ads performance campaigns with strong understanding of CPL, CAC, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.
- Oversee all YouTube activities including channel strategy, content optimization, and performance ad campaigns.
- Set up end-to-end marketing funnels (awareness - engagement - lead - MQL - SQL) in partnership with the sales team.
- Manage email marketing calendars, workflows, and nurturing sequences targeted toward accelerating sales conversations.
- Optimize SEO, website content, landing pages, and lead capture systems for better ranking and conversion.
- Analyze digital performance metrics, generate insights, and present weekly ROI dashboards to sales and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to produce high-impact creatives and messaging.
- Maintain and optimize Google My Business listings for improved local visibility.
- Ensure all activities are aligned with brand guidelines and business OKRs.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must Have):
- 7+ years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B, IT, SaaS, or performance-heavy environments.
- Demonstrated experience in pipeline-focused marketing where campaigns are tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, with hands-on experience in lead generation, retargeting, and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube growth and ad strategy.
- Ability to design and execute full-funnel marketing strategies for high-intent B2B audiences.
- Solid understanding of marketing KPIs: CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, MQL/SQL definitions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Good English writing skills for social media, blogs, website content, and ad creatives.
- Experience with SEO and website/landing page optimization.
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva/Adobe Spark) for quick content creation.
- Experience working with CRM or marketing automation systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work closely with sales teams.
- High ownership mindset able to work independently, take initiative, and deliver measurable results.
- Experience in managing Google My Business listings.
Preferred Skills (Good to have):
- Experience running full-funnel B2B performance campaigns (awareness - lead - MQL - SQL).
- Experience using marketing automation tools (Zoho Marketing Automation, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Apollo, etc.) to set up drip campaigns, email workflows, and lead nurturing.
- Ability to design and execute data-driven, experiment-heavy growth strategies including A/B testing, retargeting, and cohort-based segmentation.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, LinkedIn Insights, Hotjar, etc.) for converting data into business insights.
- Understanding of B2B SaaS/IT buyer journeys and experience creating campaigns for high-intent audiences.
