Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing with strong expertise in social media and YouTube marketing to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing online marketing strategies that drive engagement, reach, and conversions across multiple digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. - Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. - Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn campaigns for high impressions, engagement, and lead generation. - Manage YouTube marketing activities, including:Channel optimization and audience growth. - Planning and running YouTube ad campaigns (reach, impressions, and performance tracking). - Analyzing YouTube Analytics to improve content strategy and ad performance. - Write and edit marketing content for social media, blogs, and website (basic to intermediate English content writing). - Handle and optimize Google My Business listings for better local visibility. - Collaborate with the design team for basic graphic design and visual creatives when needed. - Maintain and update the company website; apply basic SEO practices to improve search rankings. - Analyze digital performance metrics and prepare regular campaign reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing. - Advanced knowledge of social media management and strategy. - Strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing and campaign execution. - Proficiency in YouTube marketing, including analytics, reach optimization, and ad campaigns. - Basic to intermediate skills in content writing (English). - Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc. - Experience in managing Google My Business listings. - Basic knowledge of website creation and SEO principles. - Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools. - Ability to create and execute data-driven marketing strategies. What You Will Work On: - Own the product vision: Collaborate with stakeholders and product leadership to define and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with business objectives and customer needs. - Manage the product roadmap: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines upcoming features and enhancements, prioritising them based on business goals and customer feedback. - Own the delivery: Take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of product features, ensuring alignment with the product vision, roadmap, and timelines. - Collaborate with stakeholders, product management, and development teams to define and prioritise product features and refine the product backlog. - Create and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring that they meet the needs of both the business and the development team. - Prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer value, technical needs, and business objectives. - Foster (PO) team empowerment by encouraging accountability, open communication, and a solution-oriented mindset. - Support the team in meeting Sprint, Program Increment (PI), and release goals by facilitating collaboration across functions and removing roadblocks. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing changes in the product roadmap or timelines. - Drive continuous improvement by actively participating in product reviews and incorporating feedback into the product backlog. - Address conflicts within the team constructively, ensuring that the team remains focused and productive - Collaborate with AI teams to define AI product features. - Translate AI capabilities into user-centric product experiences. - Define KPIs and use analytics, market insights, A/B tests, and real-world feedback loops to refine features post-launch - Stay updated on AI trends like LLMs, generative AI, agentic AI; evaluate competitive landscape for innovation opportunities - Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices in product design. - Monitor model performance and integrate feedback loops for continuous learning. The skills and qualifications you'll need: - Minimum 8 years of overall experience with at least 2 years experience as an agile product - Strong experience in product delivery, vision, roadmap management and backlog management. - Proven ability to define and maintain a product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. - Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and empower teams to follow Agile best practices. - Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and the ability to guide teams in using these frameworks. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders effectively, development teams, and other business units. - Experience managing product backlogs and prioritising features based on business goals and customer feedback. - Experience in managing AI/ML products or platforms. - Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data pipelines. - Understanding of model deployment, monitoring, and retraining. - Strong conflict management skills to resolve team issues and maintain a positive, high performance team environment. - Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence. - Certification in Product Management or Agile (CSPO, SAFe) or AI Product Management (e.g., from DeepLearning.AI, Product School) will be a plus - Experience with tools like MLFlow, DataRobot, or cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI) will be a plus Competitive Compensation and Benefits.
