Role Brief:

The Lead HRBP acts as a strategic partner to the CHRO and business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and driving people excellence across the Corporate Office. The role is responsible for end-to-end HR lifecycle management, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, talent development, and compliance. It plays a critical role in shaping organizational culture, enabling leadership capability, and delivering enterprise-wide HR initiatives with measurable impact. Additionally, the role leads and mentors the HRBP team, ensuring effective execution of HR programs and fostering a high-performance, people-centric environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders and COEs to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession pipeline development

- Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and culture-building initiatives

- Oversee talent management processes including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development

- Ensure optimal workforce utilization and manage manpower costs within approved budgets

- Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies

- Lead and deliver enterprise-wide HR projects, change management initiatives, and policy implementation

- Track HR metrics and outcomes to drive data-backed decision making

- Mentor and guide the HRBP team to enhance capability and execution excellence

Key Skills & Experience Required:

- 10-15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership/HRBP role

- MBA/PG in HR or related field

- Strong expertise in strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and talent management

- Proven experience in managing end-to-end HR lifecycle in large or geographically dispersed organizations

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policy frameworks

- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and collaboration skills

- High strategic thinking ability with a strong results orientation
